- Lisa Tessier (F’16) | Senior Analyst | Castalia Strategic Advisors| BIO – Lisa is an economic and financial analyst specializing in renewable energy. She has experience assessing the economic and financial viability of renewable energy projects in sub-Saharan Africa and the Caribbean. Prior to joining Castalia, she worked on topics at the intersection of climate, energy, and finance. She researched the impacts of carbon emissions on corporate bond credit spreads in the US, and worked for a climate foundation on responsible insurance practices. She also worked as an environmental engineer in a French environmental consulting firm, where she drafted territorial water management and planning frameworks. She holds a Master of Arts degree focusing on International Energy and Environmental Policy and International Business Relations from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy in Tufts University. She also holds a Master’s degree in Agronomy and Environmental Engineering from AgroParisTech, France. She is fluent in French, English, and Spanish.
- Warren Sakey (F’17) | Analyst | Castalia Strategic Advisors|BIO – Warren is an economic and financial analyst based in the Castalia DC office. Prior to joining Castalia, Warren was a Logistics Officer in the United States Army and a Civil Affairs Officer in the United States Army Reserve. While deployed to Afghanistan in 2013 and 2014, he worked with Afghan and coalition forces to solve logistical challenges related to the closure of coalition bases. Warren holds a Master of International Business from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and International Relations from the American University in Washington DC. His graduate studies focused on infrastructure development and international finance.
